You will receive a confirmation, and our first concept will be delivered to you within a timely manner. You have 24 hours to review your design, you can send a reply to define any changes or approve it. In a limited time, we will print and ship to you.

If you order from Shop, you will receive a first concept in 24 hours after you finish your payment.
Or if you order design service, you will have a first concept in 2-3 days.
In the design process, concepts are the first step. We will take your creative brief and develop concepts, or an initial direction for your designs.
We’ll ask for your feedback once your concepts are ready, so we can continue to refine the design.
We’ll start off by giving you multiple design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly iterative and collaborative, so we send you the initial designs, we’ll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better.
Usually, our clients ask us to tweak colors, fonts and layout. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.
Whatever the revision, big or small, we’ll continue to revise your design until it’s absolutely perfect.
Return: A quality product and service is what we stand behind. We are sorry that we cannot accept returns or refunds on any of our products since they are specifically designed for your business. If we make any errors, such as color, shipping damage, or size, we will reprint. Please let us know if you find any problems within 3 days of receiving it.
Approve: After you approve your design and products ready to ship, any define you would like will be charged extra.
Shipping: There is almost no shipping charge for the product we send to you.
Deposit: Our graphic design services charge a 50% deposit to start the process and the rest will be collected before the final design is sent. There is no refund for this.
Except for Graphic Design Services (Copyright belongs to you). Every design we create for you from the Shop is owned by us, so we don’t give you the original file (psd) or printing file (jpeg).
