1. Terms and Conditions By accessing the website at http://greatchoicedesign.com, you (“Customer”) are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. We (“greatchoicedesign.com) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site. Satisfaction Guarantee greatchoicedesign.com stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, contact Customer Service by phone at 316.293.9395 within 7 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).. greatchoicedesign.com is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure customers is happy with our products. We offer FREE design service to our customers as a courtesy when printing with us. We give our customers Unlimited revises when changing the content of the proofs. Any requests to fix or make changes to the proofs will be responded within 24 to 48 hours.After the customers have approved and paid for the products, we will print and ship the products to the customers. Notices to our Customers: You (Customers) will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered in the process, or you can authorize us to print as is; however, you are subject to the following exclusions listed below under File Submissions, and Shipping and Delivery. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: File Submissions

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
  • We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes.
  • We are not responsible for checking grammar errors for the Customer. When the customer sends us their information, the customer needs to make sure that the spelling and punctuation are correct.
  • Design errors or color selection errors introduced in the artwork file creation process submitted by you.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
  • Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with GREAT CHOICE DESIGN specifications.
  • Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
  • Duplicate orders by the customer.
  • Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.

Shipping and delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to you.
  • Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by shipping carrier.
  • We reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.

Payment All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site. Once a print job has been approved by you , no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order until full payment is received by greatchoicedesign.com Payment Methods All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods:

  • Pay by Debit card, Credit card, Online service

  • Store credit amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable
    • For any jobs to be cancelled, refunded or adjusted.
  • Store credit as payment:
    • Store credit amount can be used to pay FULL or PARTIAL amounts and can be used for all line items including tax, shipping and mailing components.
    • Store credit can carry a balance until credits expire or are used in full (whichever comes first).

Artwork Files You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to greatchoicedesign.com. Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. greatchoicedesign.com is unable to print sexually explicit materials, including photographic genitals, violently explicit materials, and speech promoting hate or violence. Printing Turnaround Time The standard turn-around time for you to receive your products is between 4 to 7 business days () Printing turnaround time begins once from the time you have approved and paid for the whole order. For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted. If your job or proof is approved by 9:00 a.m. MST, printing turnaround time begins that business day. If your job or proof is approved AFTER 9:00 a.m. MST, printing turnaround time begins NEXT business day. Please note that GREAT CHOICE DESIGN office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Shipping and Arrival Times We ship via UPS or Fedex. The standard shipping time is about 4 to 6 days. If you need product faster, please notify our customer service reps and select faster shipping service. Copyright and Property rights GREAT CHOICE DESIGN offer FREE designs for our customers ONLY WHEN the customer is printing with us and purchasing our services. Even though we provide FREE design service for our customers and make changes per customer’s request, the original artwork files and the designs belong to GREAT CHOICE DESIGN. Thus, we will not send the customer our original artwork files. If you need to make changes to the designs, you can contact us and we will fix and print it for you. The customers can receive the original artworks by paying for the design service that we spent to work on your designs. Miscellaneous All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds. IN NO EVENT WILL greatchoicedesign.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT GREAT CHOICE DESIGN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. GREAT CHOICE DESIGN’S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER, FOR BREACH OF, OR ARISING OUT OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES HEREUNDER, IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE FEES PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREAT CHOICE DESIGN BE LIABLE FOR YOUR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS. You will defend and hold GREAT CHOICE DESIGN harmless in any claim, suit or action brought against GREAT CHOICE DESIGN by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where GREAT CHOICE DESIGN, acting as your agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in GREAT CHOICE DESIGN’s sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a claim, suit or action brought against GREAT CHOICE DESIGN for actions of your employees which may occur as a result of any mailing.

2. Use License

  • 1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GREAT CHOICE DESIGN’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    • 1. modify or copy the materials;
    • 2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    • 3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on GREAT CHOICE DESIGN’s website;
    • 4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    • 5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
  • 2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by GREAT CHOICE DESIGN at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

GREAT CHOICE DESIGN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
  • 2. Further, GREAT CHOICE DESIGN does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations In no event shall GREAT CHOICE DESIGN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GREAT CHOICE DESIGN’s website, even if GREAT CHOICE DESIGN or a GREAT CHOICE DESIGN authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 5. Accuracy of materials The materials appearing on GREAT CHOICE DESIGN’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GREAT CHOICE DESIGN does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. GREAT CHOICE DESIGN may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However GREAT CHOICE DESIGN does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links GREAT CHOICE DESIGN has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GREAT CHOICE DESIGN of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
